Words of fire
their potency,
more power than
poison possesses
no need for blazing
when seeds of hate can simply
smolder
lurking, lighting fires
brewing up the seething smoke
that chokes the life from hope

hidden

until they are found again
stumbled upon
ignited,
unleashed into flames of fury
